Why we're building Kraka
Ask anyone in a plant who really knows how the old line in Hall 3 runs. Usually one name comes up. And usually that person retires in a few years.
That knowledge isn't in any manual. It comes from years of experience. That's exactly what makes European industry strong: processes nobody can simply copy. And that's exactly what's being lost, one retirement at a time.
In the office, AI has long been writing emails and summarising meetings. On the line, it has barely arrived. At the filling plant or on the assembly line, there are still laminated instructions, or you ask a colleague.
That's why we're building Kraka: the knowledge of the most experienced people should be available to everyone, at any time – around the clock, in every language.
We want “Made in Europe” to still mean something in the future. That gets decided on the line, not in the office.
